Our ozone generators are used in some systems to produce small quantities of ozone gas, which is very strong oxidizing agent and is effective in killing bacteria with even brief exposure times. Ozone is also effective in oxidizing organic matter, iron and Manganese. The use of ozone does not form trihalomethanes, as can chlorine. It produces no tastes or odors in the water. However, as a gas, ozone is unstable and has a very short time, so it must be generated at the point of use. This generator has Inter-locking signaling system

(Up to 90 %)Operating principleOur clarifier with a series of inclined plates are arranged to form a separate sedimentation chamber between adjacent plates. Raw water is first fed to Static Mixer and chemicals such as alum, poly electrolyte are added prior to static Mixer for proper mixing of chemicals in water. Water from Static mixer enters in Flocculator in which paddle type agitator is provided for gentle mixing. Polymer is added for flocculation of coagulated particles.The flocculated water enters the Lamella near the bottom section of the plates and flows upward between them.
