Aguapuro series MILD Steel Filters are available from 200 mm to 3000 mm diameter sizes and from 1 M3 to 100 M3/hr Flow rate when operated on 15 - 30 m/hr velocity.



Units are available with either individual valves or Single Lever operated Solo Multi Port Valve depending on the requirement. Steel Filters are internally Epoxy Painted to have corrosion free operation. IS 2062 Mild Steel Plate and IS 1239 Pipes are used to fabricate Filters. Rubberlining is provided (Optional) for Specific applications on request.



Individual Valves OR Multi Port Valve provide ease in operation of Backwash and Rinse which is indicated using Inlet pressure gauge.



Auto MPVs are available for Specifica applications.



Auto Pneumatic Valves OR Solenoid Valves are also available.

EIMCO horizontal belt filter is a continuous vacuum filter operating on a horizontal plane. Slurries are fed onto the surface from above and the unit utilizes both gravity and vacuum to effect rapid separation of liquid and solids. The full range of coarse granular to fine slime or fibrous solids can be processed because of the top feeding principle and excellent hydraulic design.

Our fixed and floating mechanical surface aerators are available for any industrial waste treatment application. These are recommended for processes involving activated sludge, aerobic digestion, contact stabilization, or pre-aeration and for aerated lagoons. Design of our aerator provides an oxygen transfer capacity from 1.4 to 1.8 kgs. per impeller horsepower hour, depending on size and conditions. These aerators provide vigorous agitation and mixing in the water to disperse the oxygen and keep the solids in suspension.

We manufacture belt press for sludge dewatering which is simple, compact, effective and easy to operate. Dewatering is accomplished by treating slurry with polymer and then squeezing the solids between two belts to remove the liquid. This process eliminates the high-energy consumption normally required with other dewatering methods.

Bicarbonate Filters manufactured by us are used in the production of soda ash to dewater to as low as possible moisture content of a sodium bicarbonate filter cake and to wash the cake free of ammonium chloride. These filters are typical of the specialized fields for which EKCP can custom design equipment.

We are offering landfill services for secured land fill. Secured Land Fill is offered to dispose not decomposable solids including hazardous metals and chemicals. Before disposal to SLF, the waste is stabilized /Solidified in cement /Polymer Matrix by adopting the Technology developed by DRDO Ministry of Defense and Government of India

These classifiers are designed by us to settle and dewater relatively coarse particles from high volume and low percent solid streams. We offer the best means of removing settling solids grit quickly economically before they can enter the waste water treatment system damage expensive equipment such as clarifier, flotation machines digesters.

Aguapuro series SS 316 Filters are available from 8#147; to 63#147; diameter sizes and from 0.5 to 35 M3/hr Flow rate when operated on 15 - 30 m/hr velocity. Higher Flow Rates are designed on requests.



Units are available with either individual Ball valves or Single Lever operated Solo Multi Port Valve depending on the requirement. Being constructed from SS 316 vessels with Internal Quartz Lining vessel and SS 316 Pipe work and valves, it gives complete corrosion free operation.
