The Kettle Will Be A Hemispherical Type Bowl With Either Steam / Oil / Water Heating Jacket Will Be Provded. The Kettle Will Be Manufactured From 2.5 Mm Thk S.S. 304 Sheet And The Jacket Will Be Of 2.5 Mm Mild Steel (In Case Of Steam Jacket The Thickness Will Be 4 Mm) . There Will Be Oil / Water Heated Fitted At The Back Bottom Side Of The Kettle. The Kettle Will Be Having A Worm Type Arrangement For Tilting . A Temperature Controller And A Temp Indicator Will Be Provided For Temp Control And Indication. The Kettle Will Be Insulated With 50 Mm Thk Glasswool Insulation And Claded With 16 Swg S.S. 304 Sheet. Kettle Will Be Buffed To 150 Grit Matt Finish Externally And Internally The Kettle Will Be Buffed To 220 Grit Mirror Finish Optionals Available 1. Built In Stirrer

Steam Jacketed Kettle

We offer an array of distillation kettles in various capacities that are extensively used in various industries such as chemical processing, food processing and many more. These kettles, can be provided with limpet coils, jackets, tube bundles depending upon the applications. Precisely fabricated from qualitative raw materials, to strict quality standards as per the need of clients.

Steam from the kettle passes upwardly through the coil and into the casing and is condensed and collected at the base and discharged as distilled water. A feed from the heated cooling water replenishes the water supply in the kettle and may be automatic if desired.

The kettle is in the shape of a bowl with a sprout. It is provided with a electric / steam jacket. The bowl is provided with a manual tilting arrangement for removing the material from the bowl. The complete unit it mounted on a suitable S.S. Tubular stand. The kettle is provided with a suitable slow speed stirrer with geared motor mounted on the top. It is available from 50 Ltrs to 500 Ltrs Capacity.
