#39;SANTEC#39; Dispersion Kneader is suitable for mixing single or numerous raw materials used in rubber, plastic chemical industries. The Kneader has a sturdy construction it features high speed, excellent performance, fully automated temperature control, simplified operating process labour saving stable product quality. This machine can be used for material mixing, ranging, from low viscosity adhesives to high viscosity rubber plastics.

Follow the same guide lines inspired by the original innovators (Moriyama of Japan) of kneading rubber and plastics inside a closed chamber under pressure. Our mixers provide effective mixing and dispersion for polymer compounds at an optimum horsepower input and operating temperature. The kneading takes place between the counter rotating rotor tips and the stationary chamber wall at right clearances and hard- faced surfaces. The mixing movements are channelled by the special contours of the rotor wings.



The chamber walls and the rotors are kept cooled by circulation of water for compound temperature control. A pneumatic cylinder operated lid provides the required pressure for intensive mixing. Low friction mechanical type seals on either ends of the rotors and dust suction system provide cleaner surroundings. Motorized tilting gears discharge the content of the chamber at the end of the mixing cycle.

Dharam dispersion kneader plant is specially designed to meet the requirements of rubber, plastic and chemical industries, even since its introduction the kneader has enjoyed a reputable performance edge over conventional mixers, due to its excellent dispersion capability, distinctive tilting mechanism and compact common bed construction. This is entirely attributed to peculiar jacket construction, which develops remarkable cooling effect and low temperature mixing, a very important feature for rubber compounds. The design advantages are helpful in improving dispersion and in preventing scorching.

"UTTAM" offers hydraulically operated Rubber Bale Cutter to cut natural or synthetic rubber bales in pieces for further processing in Mixing Mill, Kneader and Banbury.

The stock blenders are installed on the two roll open mixing mill to assist the operator in the mixing of rubber material and chemical powder. It features automatic continuous operation, reducing labour requirement, providing safe working conditions, lowering the material temperature, speeding the mix rate and maintaining quality. The action of travel guide holder for this machine is guide bar type. Stock blenders are available in sizes from 14"x36" to 26"x84" matching with the sizes of the machines.

From the past experience of more than 20 years in the line of Dispersion Kneaders, #39;UTTAM#39; make Mixing Chamber, Sideboards and Pressure Lid are fabricated from a SINGLE PLATE PRIME TESTED MATERIAL and not made of single piece steel casting like other manufacturers do. As there are too many Blowholes/ Pinholes on each side of the piece which are removed by welding and grinding of each and every hole. Further these Blowholes/ Pinholes pieces are jacketed by welding again for cooling/ heating purpose. This further increases the chances of leakage and makes its quality very poor and THUS EFFECTS THE TROUBLE FREE WORKING of the machine and hence has a lesser life than #39;UTTAM#39; make Dispersion Kneaders.
