PTFE (Teflon) reg; insulated multicore cables are mainly used for high reliability and high-temparature interconnections for signals and control applications. A two core cable exle of multicore cable for signal applications; this is generally used in communication because of thr property 'common mode cancellation' . We offer a number of cores / pairs combined into one large cable. The multicore cables can be shielded or unshielde with PTFE (Teflon) reg; or PVC jackets. The cores confirm to USA MIL-W-16878.

We offer PTFE multi-core cables with twisted pairs and as per relevant JSS specifications. These are available with or without shielding with PTFE jacket and up to 80 cores. Further, our range is manufactured as per JSS 54802 / MIL - 1 - 22129 standards and in solid colors like natural opaque. Applications :

Our range of PTFE multicore wires are used for advanced control panel and instrumentation wiring in large installations, plants and power projects. Available in several pairs twisted individually and/or collectively. These can be availed in various sizes and shapes as per individual requirements. Can be used to transmit low voltage, RF, or digital signals in the vicinity of high temperatures. Unscreened or screened. Jacketing of PTFE as well as PVC can be supplied. All types of signaling, communication and telephone cables fall in this category.

We offer a wide range of PTFE corona resistant cables that are exclusively designed for high voltage such as 4 KV AC/9 KV DC to 22 KV AC/50 KV DC working conditions. These are manufactured using silver plated copper conductor suitably annealed both in single as well as stranded construction. Nickel plated conductors are also supplied for furnace application.

These wires and cables are available in eleven standard electronic colors along with transparent (natural) insulation. In bi-color or tri-color combination (one or two spiral strips over any background color), full range of wires and cables are offered.

The PVC insulated and sheathed multicore flat cables are used for giving electrical connection to the various electrical appliances and control panels. These are manufactured keeping in mind the severe, tough and difficult conditions in which they have to operate as per IS 694/90.

We offer ATT Heat Tracers, which is a constant wattage, series type heat tracers encompasses of "Go and Return" multistrand heating elements insulated with PTFE (Teflon). For mechanical protection and earth continuity, the tracer is wire braided with stainless steel. The heating element terminates on cold leads with suitable gland connections. An outer jacket is offered as an option for corrosive atmospheres. Durable in nature our heat tracers are extensively used for heating contents of storage tanks accessories and pipelines across process industries such as power, chemicals fertilizers, oil gas, petrochemical, metallurgy, cement, pharmacy, food and edible oils.
