Our range of mortar cement is procured from the well established manufacturers of the industry. This cement has similar properties as masonry cement but have lower air contents than masonry cements. The mortar cement is ideal for use in structural applications that require masonry with high flexural bond strength. Customers can avail our basic bricks, gunning mass and ramming mass for different construction purposes. These are available in different specifications and are meeting the diverse needs of the customers. The basic mortars are used for laying magnesite bricks, mag bricks, chrome mag bricks, chromite bricks and as neutral layers between silica and basic bricks. The mortars may also already contain chemical bondsing agents and organic plasticizing additives.

We offer premium quality chemical resistant cement mortar lsquo;Sulphochemrsquo;. This sulphur based mortar contains plasticizer and inert fillers. The molten version of the mortar is extremely fluid and pours quite easily without lumps. Sulphochem is resistant to oxidizing acids non-oxidizing acid and the carbon filled Sulphochem exhibits good resistance to Hydrofluoric acid or Fluoride salts. Sulphochem ingots are broken and are placed in a suitable clean, dry kettle. It is melted over low heat by stirring with metal rod. If Sulphochem is over heated or ignited a tight cover or wet gunny bags shall be kept ready for use in case of fire. Sulphochem mortar burns with a low blue flames. If this should be happen heating should be stopped and the vessel should be covered with the lid or wet gunny bags, until the fire is

Resin cement mortar is made using different type ofresins such as CNSL, phenolic, furane, epoxy and polyester and is largely used as acid resistant bedding and joint lining material in various industries depending on the chemicals handled.

We manufacture and provide Phenochem which is a phenol resin based corrosion proof cement. It has excellent resistance to sulphuric acid in concentration as high as 92%. Our cement is used with acid proof brick to construct corrosion proof masonry sheathing to protect reaction vessels, storage tanks, pickling tanks, and processing tanks. Phenochem is also ideal to be used in the installation of corrosion proof floors. Phenochem can be easily applied using brick layers techniques and not sticky nor difficult to handle. It offers resistance to non-oxidizing acids, dilute oxidizing acids and agents, salt and most organics solvents. However it should be avoided for use with alkalis, hot alkaline salts or high concentration of oxidizing acids or agents.
