Our wide range of foam padding is cut from long foam sheets. These are available in different densities to gain as much compression as the application requires. These foam pads can be laminated with an adhesive backing so that the foam padding can be installed as a component in the product.

Our range of foam packing are available in various thickness, density and color. These are used for packing athletic equipment, filtration, insulation, gasket and special packaging for the electronics, appliance, cosmetic, and instrumentation markets.

We manufacturer high quality polyurethane foams for engineering applications. These kind of forms are specially used in automotive industries to avoid the chances of seat getting hot because of heat generated by the engine.

We have product grades for the additives for polyurethane foam (flexible/rigid) as FPU - 90, PU - 200 for Polyurethane Foam (Flexible/Rigid) application. These grades have expansion from 90 cc to 200 cc per gram. Our flame retardant products pass the BS: 5852, DIN 4102 and FM-302 ISI standards. The additive easily passes the other standards for flammability.

OPI offers a wide range of puf supports. Normally the density range of puf support is 100 kg/m3 to 350 kg/m3. But OPI also offers the density from 100 kg/m3 to 500 kg/m3.

Insulated pipe supports are designed to prevent direct heat transfer between pipes and their supports. Thus, they reduce heat loss due to conduction at each support. They serve the following purposes:

1. Carry the load and allow necessary movement at each suppose point.
2. Provide insulation in the support area where the regular pipe insulation cannot
