Our marine oil coolers are used on the mechanized Fishing Boats and Trawlers. These coolers are manufactured by "KAARTHIK" suitable for sea water application. We use the material namely Cupronickel, Admirality Brass and Copper for tubes and Stainless Steel - 304,Stainless Steel-316L for Tube Sheets. Mostly these coolers are with single pass flow arrangement on Shell and Tube side the End covers are made out of Cast Iron to avoid sea water corrosion. All Precol Oil Coolers are of packed floating head type in general and are suitable for fitments on the return line of a hydraulic oil systems. The design pressure of these coolers are 10Kg/cmsup2; and are tested for a hydrostatic pressure of 15 kg/cmsup2;. However for specific case these coolers are in power packs, presses, dredgers, plastic injection equipment and a number of other hydraulic systems and all O.E applications.
