Band sealers are suitable for sealing individual pouches/bag automatic. The machine has a variable temperature controller and speed control, to suit different grades of plastic material. To optimize wear resistance hard banding is standard on pin and box connections and
central upset. The heavy duty hard metal is sintered granular tungsten carbide 10/20
mesh or 20/45 mesh (fine particles). Proprietary alloys designed to protect the casings as well are also available. The hard banding is deposited by an automatic
machine after pre-heating the pipe and is followed by stress relieving. Plasma gouging and grinding facility is optional along with the Hardbanding System
