Our woven wire mesh is manufactured using high tensile steel. It meets specifications of steel grade, wire diameter, sizes, length & width, plain ends, ends with hook, bends and many more. These are used across aggregate industry, quarries and mines. We also offer mesh screens in stainless steel and other metals.
We offer crimped wire mesh in the form pre-crimped weave styles of wire cloth weaving. We use precision machines along with rotary dies are used in forming pre-crimping wire in order to ensure the spacing of the wires remain similar and they will lock firmly together at the intersections. The pre-crimped wires are assembled in custom design screen assembly machines. Our pre-crimped wire cloth has accurate openings and is woven than tighter plain weave. The gamut of compound balance belting is produced by right and left hand spiral. The compound balance metal (mesh) belts offer the tightest design of any woven wire belt. The design has a smooth carrying surface to carry very fine or heavy products.
Double balanced metal (mesh) belting is similar to the balance weave construction, however it incorporates pairs of right and left hand spiral joined at crimped or straight rods. This construction offers straight tracking and greater strength then a balanced weave belt.
