We fabricate different types of threaded components catered to various engineering industries. These threaded components can be either made from tapping method or by rolling. The process of cutting the threads in a hole is called "tapping" the hole. The die cuts a thread on a preformed cylindrical rod. To achieve great strength, the threads are rolled. Rolled threads have the advantage of increased strength along with reduced material cost as the bar or rod used is actually smaller than the finished size due to the material squeezing into shape.
