The surface winders operates up to 25 ft/min handling roll diameters up to 40 and 3000 lbs and are offered with heavy duty motor, in-line gear box and a set of steel and rubber nip rollers. Rolls are changed automatically at a set length where the rolls are cut by a fly cutter and unloaded with the use of hydraulic arm.
