deck space. The air dive control vessel is supervised by H2S
sensors at both the doors and mechanically provides positive
pressure. The complete container unit is fire rated to A60 standards
and equipped with 2 on board oxygen cylinders meant for positive
pressure system. Air Dive control is a standard 20 feet ISO container
and the LARS has a standard 20 feet ISO container foot print meant

can be winched to the desired height. The other accessories required for winching system are small and big Pulleys which are made from
M.S. with nickel coating on which the 3 mm dia. and 5 mm dia.wire rope
runs respectivly. With the help of "J" hooks both the pulleys are
fited. 25mm dia M.S. pipe runs through the lenght of the curtain. The
capacity of winch is around 200 feet to raise and lower the
curtain.

Frame:
Winch frame will be fabricated out of rolled mild steel sections of adequate capacity as per IS-226 and will be well gusseted, for complete rigidity to withstand various loads. All the components will be mounted on the base frame. The frame will be covered by chequered plates. Suitable lifting and anchoring arrangement will be provided on the base frame for lifting and easy transportation of the Winch.
Electrical Control:
Electrical control of the winch will be through a push button starter having overload protection relay, fuses, and buttons for on, off, forward and reverse motion.
