White masterbatches offered by us are developed using various
loadings of titanium dioxide. We offer up to 75% titanium dioxide grades that
are selected to ensure good dispersion and high opacity. The rutile grades of
titanium dioxide are carefully chosen to ensure high opacity and good
dispersion. While selecting the grades of titanium dioxide, various critical
factors are considered such as high speed and high temperature extrusion, where
lacing problem is common.
Depending on the application, PE, PP and PS base carriers are
used to create the products. Our clients can select from pure white & whites

Imported Polyethylene Wax (BASF) is used as dispersing agents, to give excellent dispersion, with Antioxidants.
White - This Master Batch made of hi grade LDPE/LLDPE polymer (Reliance/IPCL), with Imported Titanium Di-Oxide R – 104 of DuPont, which gives excellent properties to the Masterbatch such as gloss and high opacity. Imported Polyethylene Wax (BASF) is used as dispersing agents, to give improved dispersion, with Antioxidants.
