It has cylindrical screen for higher output and all it's contact parts can be easily and quickly dismantled and cleaned. It has castors with brakes which are provided for easy mobility.

Oscillating Granulator

We provide granulator for continuous performance even in tough conditions. These heavy duty oscillating type granulators have horizontal rotor and a variable screen on bottom side. It has features of top feed, bottom discharge to bag or drum and is used for agglomeration of mixture of powders. All contact parts of the granulator are fabricated out of stainless steel and has a granulating capacity of 50 Kg. / Hr and above.

Rapid mixer granulator is a very precision machine performing dry mixing and wat granulating in the same Bowl in only 6 to 12 minutes. The entire operation is fully automatic, including the discharge. All parts coming into contact with the material to be mixed are made of Stainless Steel and are highly polished. Drive motors and electrical control gear mounted on the machine can be flame proof. In such case separate control panel should be located in a low risk area.
The machine is made in 8 different sizes from 25 litres to 1000 litres. Select the size of the machine according to your batch size. The capacity of say 250 litres working capacity. The vessels overflowing capacity is 375 litres i.e. 50% additional. The capacity in terms of weight shall be 125Kgs of wat granules, i.e. Half of volume capacity assuming bulk density as 0.5.

The Rapid mixer granulator (RMG) is a versatile machine for dry mixing and wet granulation in the same bowl in a short time cycle. It is provided with a specially designed bottom entry dual speed mixing blade and a side entry high speed chopper blade for performing the respective operations.
