Our polder pumps are suitable for lifting water from canals and river beds, dam sites, disposal of waste water. The construction of the polder pump is of pump below, and motor above, type and suction inlet is at the bottom, so that water is pumped from the lowest level. The polder pump is driven by water filled submersible electric motor, squirrel cage induction type and the water acts as a lubricant in the motor and keep it cool. The motor is protected against the contamination from surrounding water by mechanical seal.
All parts are made from specially selected material so as to suit high abrasion and corrosion. The polder pump can be easily installed in vertical, horizontal or inclined position. It is portable pump easily shifted to alternative site for re installation and withdrawal of the unit as well as replacement of normal wearing parts on site with minimum labor.
