Fully pre assembled which can be directly installed on pumps and vessels. This seal has an integral sleeve and does not require any dimensional afjustments during installation. Suitable for high pressure upto 40bar and temperature with stand upto 250oC sizes available from 3/4” to 5” MOC of mating seat are available in carbon , Tungstan Carbide , Silicone Carbide.

We offer 251A Type Agitator seals, that are manufactured to be used in vibratory equipment such as Agitators, Mixers & Blowers. It must be ensured that these seals must be sealed by a sealing fluid with a pressure, which is higher than that in the vessel the sealing fluid is circulated to remove heat due to seal face friction. It maintains the cooling through continual supply of pressurized coolant, compatible with the product between the seal faces.

It combines the engineering properties of PU with a high resistance to hydrolysis which is otherwise rarely found in polyurethane. It is stable in water up to +90°c (hydrolysis is degradation in water). Because of its resistance to hydrolysis, H-PU can be used for water hydraulic applications in mining, tunnel constructions, press manufacturing & the food industry. H-NBR H-nitrile rubber is a hydrogenated acrylonitrle butadiene rubber. This material is suitable for applications involving aliphatic hydrocarbons such as fuel, propane & butane, mineral oils & greases (resistant to short temperature loads of up to +170"C), vegetable & animal fat or oil. Further more rubber -H may be used in many diluted acids, alkalies & salt solutions, even at elevated temperature ocs, as well as in glycol water mixtures up to + 150"C. Please note: H-NBR will deteriorate in water & silicon oils & greases if these contain anticorrosives, eg. radiator antifreeze. Teflon 2 is polytetrafluoroethylene with fillers which is used for 'ow f"ct'on sea's- thrust collars and bearing rings for chevron packings and guide rings.
