Plastisol inks can be described as a user-friendly ink because it is very easy to manage. Plastisol can be left in the screen for extended periods of time without clogging the mesh. This ink does not dry since it does not have any solvent for evaporation purpose. APPLICATIONS
Synthocraft is a water based eco-friendly based streatchable printing ink. Synthocraft paste can be applied by screen printing method.
It is ready to use product in 9 different colours. These coloured pastes can be mixed with each other or with white in any proportion to adjust shades as per requirement.
We offer structure in UV varnish which is available in several vibrant colors and fulfills specific printing requirements. This ink is used for printing of annual reports, greeting cards, wedding cards and visiting cards, calendars, promotional and advertising materials, high quality brochures and packaging.

FerroChem have developed a ready to use black non fluorescent magnetic ink, FerroChem black for crack detection by MPI. The standard packing is aerosol spray can having 420 ml net content.
The suspension medium used is colourless, odourless, low sulphur & chlorine, petroleum based, high flash point oil. The suspension medium does not cause skin irritation thus making the use very user-friendly at sites.
The Magnetic Powders used for suspension are highly sensitive to weakest leakage field. FerroChem make, FerroChem Black has found unique application because of the high sensitivity of crack detection at remote and over head applications.
The use of white contrast coat to off set unfavorable colour background of the job does not hamper the crack detection sensitivity and has made the use of FerroChem black in combination with white contrast coat very popular.

General information: Suzy print clear is a plastisol ink having very translucent look. It gives very clear wet look coating when printed either directly on fabric or on earlier printed plastisol ink. It can be used for printing zari mixed in clear gel to give full reflection of zari added. It gives non-tacky and non-sticky clear film coating when applied on fabrics. Method of printing: 1) print the material directly without adding anything into it by screen by applying two strokes on the fabric. 2) or giving transparent glaze effect on any print, overlap the earlier print with clear gel & fuse it. 3)for printing zari (glitter), first mix glitter powder of fine particle size with clear gel and print through suitable mesh screen from which glitter powder can easily pass and fuse it.
