Aguapuro offers complete solution for Sewage Water Treatment Plants and Recycle. The Sewage from the residential and commercial buildings is treated for reduction in BOD, COD & TSS in order to comply with the pollution control board standards for disposal, gardening, flushing and other non-potable purposes.
The sewage treatment plants are based on the Latest FAB (Floating Aerobic Biomedia) or SAFF (Submerged Aerobic Fixed Film) treatment followed by clarification by a tube settler. Lime is dosed in for suppression of foaming tendencies. The clarified water is then further filtered in a Multi media Sand Filter after dosing of co-agulant (alum) for removal of unsettled suspended impurities followed by Activated Carbon Filter for removal of organics. The filtered water from ACF is then chlorinated & stored in the treated water tank.

The special water-repellent material of the sacks prevents rainwater from entering but allows dehydration of the contents by evaporation. Modules can be fitted with a control panel, which can automate the filling cycle and is also capable of controlling the pressurization of the process. An option which, if fitted, can maximize the filtering capacity of the machines. In common with other dewatering processes the selection of the best flocculent is an essential prerequisite to achieving the optimum results.

Sequencing batch reactor or SBR is a new technology for the treatment of domestic and industrial waste water. It is ideal for treatment of wide range of domestic and industrial waste water at flow ranging from few thousand liters to millions of liters per day. The SBR process treat wastewater by activated sludge process including anoxic/oxic systems, aerated lagoons, extended aeration processes, trickling filters, rotating biological contactors (RBCS) and oxidation ditches. SBR operates by developing mixed culture of bacteria (biomass) which is effective for removal of BOD, COD and nutrients commonly found in wastewater. Further, it does not allow wastewater to enter the reactor during react, settle decant phases. SBR functions as equalization tank, aeration tank and clarifier within single reactor.
