Our solvent oil dewaxing and de oiling filters are designed for safe, high capacity removal of wax from lubricating oils at low operating temperatures. Totally enclosed and sealed construction, positive seal of the valve, rigid support construction of the tank, screen support deck construction and spring mounted teflon scraper which maintains preset position and is not affected by temperature variations are major features of our dewaxing filters.

EIMCO horizontal belt filter is a continuous vacuum filter operating on a horizontal plane. Slurries are fed onto the surface from above and the unit utilizes both gravity and vacuum to effect rapid separation of liquid and solids. The full range of coarse granular to fine slime or fibrous solids can be processed because of the top feeding principle and excellent hydraulic design.

Our clarifier mechanisms cover all tank sizes and load requirements including beam supported and center column units, all operating on the common principle of moving settled solids to tank center for removal. Drive heads are designed for minimum power consumption with heavy-duty gears that are provided to keep maintenance costs low. Skimming mechanism are available for removing oils and floating solids.

Sand and activated carbon filter have a properly designed system, either for gravity feed or pumped feed, depending on the client need. Gravity fed systems are large and bulky but result in better quality of treated waste water.
These filters are made of MS plates coated with epoxy or FRP using header and lateral distribution arrangements provided with special grade media for removal of suspended solids, color and reduce odour, taste that maybe present in treated Wastewater. These filters are provided with inlet, outlet, drain went and back washing arrangement. They are available up to 50 M³/ hr flow rate as per the specific need of the client.

We offer clients superior range of effluent water filters that are designed to arrest suspended solids, which range from 50-60 mg/l. Featuring higher turbidity, it becomes necessary for the use of clarifiers to settle down effluent water, which in turn helps in bringing down the turbidity within permissible limits of (50-60 mg/l) for feeding in the filters.

Septic systems are closed systems, that is, other than the particular waste waters for which they are purported, no other waste water is allowed to enter it. It follows that no other bacteria can enter the system until the waste water leaves the septic tank and enters the soak pit. The organic solid settled in the septic tank, may need removal.
The majority of the bacteria in the septic tank are anaerobic stomach bacteria. These bacteria excrete slime like mucous, protecting the anaerobes from oxygen, which is fatal for them. When in contact with the soak pit soil and secrete this slime in copious amounts which eventually clogs the pores of the soil. The Bugsy solves this problem in a simple manner. How does GMX Work ?
GMX uses state of the art ferro – ceramic magnets to condition the minerals in the water by changing their physical structure, thereby 'deactivating' the hardness.
GMX does not remove or add any minerals. GMX does not use chemistry, it works with principles of physics. Even though the calcium is not removed from the water, it is harmless.
The conditioned minerals become 'centres of attraction', which attract existing scale. The existing scale become loose and follow the conditioned minerals and are flushed out.
Algae feed on minerals in the water. When GMX changes the physical structure of the minerals, the algae are not able to recognize the minerals, hence they cannot feed and they die.
