These are mainly used to reduce stresses on Vibrating Conductor to avoid structural damage due to vibration on transmission lines. It is manufactured of Aluminium Alloy and Cast Iron Galavanised and the messenger wire is manufactured of High Tensile Galvanised Steel Strands duly Pre-formed and Post-Formed. These are manufactured as per ISS/BSS/ASTM and Customer specific specification.
Our range of pulsation dampers minimize stress and optimize flow Use of air operated diaphragm pumps or other styles of pumps, which generate a pulsed flow, can create vibration in the delivery pipe work. Our dampers are manufactured with superior quality raw material. The damper fitted in any conforming position in a pipe work system will remove up to 95% of pulsation, thus reducing vibration and all associated problems.

It has extruded aluminum aerofoil blades that are enclosed in the frame in open condition. This facilitates direct mounting of the damper on a duct, louver, filter frame and other similar application that do not require the interference of blade. Its sturdy aerofoil blades impart minimum resistance to airflow in HVAC system. These specially designed blades offers low turbulence and minimum drop in pressure.

Dampers are of Stockbridge type with efficient one bolt grip and ease of application even on live line. Weights are of galvanized iron, clamp of aluminum alloys & steel cable of high tensile galvanized stranded wires protected with flexible sheathing.
We manufacture and supply to our clients high quality and efficient vibration dampers which are made up of a hub member and an inertia member joined by elastic elements which are fundamental in reducing vibrations between two or more automotive parts. These vibration dampers are used for damping a torsional vibration that is generated during power transmission between an output shaft of an engine and an input shaft of a transmission.
We use high quality castings and rubber compound and produce wide variety of Harmonic Balances, DVD's TVD's etc. on the state of the art CNC programmed production line.
High bay luminaries with mercury sodium vapour lamps are extensively used in steel plants. Power plants and heavy engineering indsutries where these luminaires are subjected to severe vibration and shock round the clock, due to the traveling of busy overhead cranes moving in plants. the normal guaranteed duration of a lamp is thus severely affected and due to which within a short period it gets fused and then replacement of lamps at a high bay roof truss becomes a hazardous job. to install a damper (just suspend the luminaire from the damper) which would protect the costly lamps form the premature failure due to vibration and heavy shocks, thus substantially saving on cost of the lamp, and which also saves labour and down time beacause of damper. so, from the econcomical point of view the high bay dampers are indispenable for high bay luminaires to save very costly lamps fixed on it. application suiable for melting shop, blooming, slabbing, rolling and sheet mill, heavy engineering more...
