Our range of vibrating machine are used for vibrating the mix in molds according to strictly controlled program at varied frequency. The vibrator of our range is mounted over coiled springs and the vibrations are developed by means of a revolving eccentric shaft. Further, the simple design of our machine facilitates easy assembly and dismantling of the cube molds.
Ball vibrators are essentially ingenious inversion of well known "Peristaltic" pumps. Here fluid drives a rotor, compressed air spinning a ball at high speed, which produces "Centrifugal Force", a rotating vector, to impart vibrations to the object on which vibrator is mounted.
Our Vibrator units are specially designed for individual seperation of products, avoiding any clusterings, while taken for processing. Fabricated in single or multi screen attached units it perfectly delivers the products as per the specified requirement of the customer. Vibrating table is ideally suited for proper compaction of cement concrete while casting specimens for compression testing. The table top is 50cm x 50cm size and has stop along its edges to prevent moulds from sliding off the table during operation. The maximum load capacity is 140kg.
