We offer ISO standard discharge valve plate that are used in the conduit between an exhauster fan and riffle box in the coal-fired combustion chamber of a power plant. The axis of rotation of these plates is oriented perpendicular to the axis of rotation of exhauster fan in such way that discharge valve plate bisects the flow of coal fines from exhauster fan into upper and lower flows. These discharge valve plates are provided with diffuser elements engaging the upper and lower flows to cause the heavy and light flow distributions to mix prior to reaching the riffle box.
