MTF make trolley type ovens can have single door or double leaf door. Single door can be opened or closed automatically through remote control panel. Similarly, the trolley movement can be manual and automatic.

Tray Dryer is used for the best drying results in conventional process. It is a double walled cabinet with one or two doors. The gap between two walls is filled with high density fibre glass wool insulation material to avoid heat transfer. Doors are provided with gaskets. Stainless steel trays are placed on the movable trolleys.

We provide vacuum oven, also known as double walled chamber, has an outer chamber rectangular in shape, made of thick mild steel sheets. The inner chamber is cylindrical in shape made of stainless steel with provision for vacuum pump and the vacuum gauge is provided at the top of unit. The inner chamber accommodate one no. stainless steel tray at adjustable height. The vacuum oven is insulated with special grade glass wool to reduce the radiation heat loss to the minimum. The door is of stainless steel plate with a specially designed mechanism having alignment. A perfect seal is obtained by a positive screw specially designed for tightening the lid.
