Taking all the specifications of the clients, we set up the ultrafiltration plant. The plant project is executed by assigning the respective jobs to the vendors for proper electrification, pipe fitting, fabrication, erection, automation and other works. While working, time specification, location and other important aspects are taken into consideration.
The process of reverse osmosis systems (RO) is often described as filtration because it is much easier to visualize the process when we use such terms. However, the process is much more complex then that. In reverse osmosis filtration water is passed through 0.0001 micron pore hole with very high pressure so as to eliminate all harmful dissolved salts including bacteria and virus to get water in the purest from. Water coming out of membrane becomes so pure that they become “bad conductor of electricity". There is no limitation for the raw water, which can’t be treated in reverse osmosis process.

Ultrafiltration is a separation process using membranes with pore sizes in the range of 0.1 to 0.001 micron. Ultrafiltration is a tangential flow, pressure driven filtration process that separates particles on the basis of their molecular size. Pore diameters of ultrafiltration membranes are in the range of 10 to 200 A (0.001 to 0.02 micron). Solvents and species having a diameter smaller than the pore size of the membrane will pass through the membrane and emerge as ultrafiltrate, known as permeate. Rejected species are progressively concentrated in the retained stream. Ultrafiltration membranes are reusable and cleanable with standard chemicals.
