Monthly power consumption will be about 800 KWH. This plant occupies 400 sq. mtr. built up area. It employs 3 skilled workers and 3 unskilled workers. We provide complete machinery and services for installation, commissioning and training to the workers. About 150 - 1500 tyres can be retreaded per month.
We offer our clients a gamut of tread builder that is used for stitching the cushion gum and building the procured tread with the help of pressure, stitching and support rollers. For inching and rotating the tyre, it is provided with a Thyristor controlled drive with foot switch. We manufacture tyre debeader, which is used for draw out bead wire from tyre. Tyre debeader is a device for removing the beads from scrap tires is disclosed and includes a pair of chain-and-sprocket driven spindles which are relatively expandable to engage the inner periphery of a tire and drive the tire in a somewhat rotary manner past a pair of cutting knives which sever the beads from the rest of the tire.
