We offer a versatile range of custom build tubular heaters that can be transformed in any configuration. Basically these comprise of a helical coil of nickel-chromium resistance wire precisely centered in a metal sheath. The coil being surrounded with magnesium oxide powder is loaded with vibration and thus ensures the even density throughout the length of the heater. Finally the entire assemblage is abridged to the finished diameter which compact the MGO and freezes the coil in the centre of the heater. Customized as per industrial, commercial and scientific applications these are widely in demand in the market.

Tubular Air Heaters are the most versatile of all electric heating elements, capable of being formed into virtually any configuration to heat liquids, air, gases and surfaces. Immersion Heaters are mounted through tank walls using standard pipe couplings and are available in various sizes, heat capacities and sheath materials for heating oil, water and chemical solutions.

Volex Space Heaters are ideal for prevention of Condensation, Corrosion, leakage Currents in L.T. & H.T. Switchgear panel boards, electronic Instrument & panels etc. The Specially developed design incorporates a stainless steel sheathed cartridge grating element in perforated sheet metal enclosure.
A blackenized finish ensures heat dissipation. A2X 2.5mm2 procelain terminal block is provided for electrical connection. Installation can be done in verticals or horizontal position, although horizontal mounting is preferred. Distance from surface of panel should be at least 10 mm. And distance from Plastic should be at least 50 mm.
Each Heater is tested for following Specific Tests.
(1) High Voltage Test At 2Kv for 1 Min.
(2) Insulation Resistance-10 Mega Ohms.

A heating element converts electricity into heat through the process of Joule heating. Electrical current running through the element encounters resistance, resulting in heating of the element.
