The tube filling, crimping and coding machine is sturdy compact in design and simple in operation. It consists of an aluminium-rotating disc with interchangeable tube holding sockets for different tube sizes.
The filling station is made of SS Block, fitted with pneumatic device to control tailing. No tube no fill process switches. (Electronic counter provided if required, not included in basic machine) SS plain hopper of 25 kg. Capacity. Non-return value fitted below the SS main filling block, Volume tracks for fine adjustments and weight accuracy.
(Jacketted hopper along with stirrer provided optional.)

Impulse Sealers offered by Swiftpack, are designed for the continuous sealing of polyethylene, polypropylene, PE, LD, BOPP and other thermoplastic materials. The machine is sturdy, compact in design and simple in operation. It consists of a rotating disc with interchangeable tube holding sockets of different tube sizes. The filling syringe pump along with SS filling block is fitted with non-return value to prevent tailing of the material. No tube no fill process switch.
SS plain hopper for of 25 kgs. Capacity. There are volume track for setting fine volume adjustment and accuracy. (Jacketted hopper along with stirrer provided optional.) The hot air blower tool is fitted on aluminium brackets, one hot air blowing nozzle is provided according the tube sizes along with the basic machine. (Interchangeable hot air blowing nozzles for different tubes provided optional).

We manufacture our superior quality semi-automatic machines for sealing plastic and lami tubes. This machine works in pneumatic power, through it we can seal, punch batch code and trim as per requirement It has flexible design, which is appropriate for medium production of sealed tubes, up to 7000tubes per day. Through this machine sealing for tube sizes ranging from 19mm to 38mm can be done. Tubes are manually put in the provided holder and placed below the sealing station. Hot air heating is used for melting the sealing area. This assists in perfect sealing of tubes.
