We design and manufacture fully automatic thermo/vacuum forming machine
with roll feeding, clamping, heating, loading and unloading facilities.
We are engaged in offering Automatic Thermoforming Machines that are designed to meet the requirements of disposable containers from 50 ml to 300 ml. These are available in average speed of production is 1800 cycles per hour. To form tumblers, drinking glass and deep drawn containers, we use wide range of thermoplastic such as HIPS, PVC, PET and PP. The infrared ceramic heaters can be used for pressure forming. For setting up the machines, an external control panel is installed with the necessary controls. The motor starts functioning after the initial setup manually. Starting the sequential operation starts using chain and sprocket drive, it also comes with cam controlled system and limit switches. These start operating after suitable setting up of the timers. The emergency stop switches are offered for added safety and the electrical control system for fail safe operation.
