Starch Enzyme for liquefication & saccharification (Bacto-amyl HT120L & Bectadex)

Bectadex is a gluco-amylase formulation designed to give faster saccharification and/or a high dextrose level (DX) in high Dextrose syrup. Bectadex hydrolyzes 1,4 as well as 1,6 alpha linkages in liquefied starch. During hydrolysis, the amylo glucosidase activity removes glucose units in a stepwise manner from the non reducing end of the substrate molecules.

Bacto Amyl HT120L is a high temperature liquid enzyme. It is made from the strain of Bacillus licheniformis. It is an endo- amylase capable of hydrolyzing the interior alpha 1-4glucosidic linkage of starch to soluble dextrirn.The product is applied broadly for continual system of Starch liquification. This product possesses better heat resistance and adaptability under lower pH and Calcium ion consistency.

If required more stability it is recommended to add a little calcium in the enzyme while using.
