TABLET PLANT
Introduction:
Tablet is also one of the popular types of confectionery. Tablet is a type of confectionery having peppermint or any other flavour in it, they give cooling sensation in the mouth. It is available mainly in round shape with or without hole.
Manufacturing Process:
Tablet making process is different from other confectionery items. First step in tablet forming is screening of raw material. The material gets screen in the vibro sifter. Separation of solids from solid, Liquids from solid etc are done in screening process. The screened material is mixed properly in the mass mixer or in Ribbon blender where color, flavors and lubricated etc added. Then the material enters into the Multi mill machine which forms granules. These granules transferred to the tray dryer for drying. The dried material then transferred into the tablet press machine. Single Rotary Tablet Press GMP Model

This rotary tablet press is built as per the GMP directives with total robust construction. At the same time, the necessary care has been taken to have trouble free operation, easy to clean and very low noise level. This state-of-the-art equipment can also be used for small batch production, thanks to its 'B' tooling specifications like 6 Tons pressure, maximum tablet diameter 16mm etc. which can be utilized for achieving the better output in its range. The maximum/minimum speed of the turret is achieved with the AC variable drive. Also the turret is equipped with key ways in upper guides as a standard feature. This small wonder is totally mobile and can be placed easily on table for laboratory use. As an additional precaution lower punch is equipped with seal(optional). A fixed feed frame ensures easy settings and lowest wastage of material.

G.M.P. point of view machine is provided with S. S. cladding on base, S. S. belt guards, S. S. cover on motor. No exposed painted surface on top of the machine. Motor rails, screw and guide rods are chrome plated.
Beaters assembly bearings are in a separate pillow blocks for ease in maintenance
Very less down time as only beaters assembly will have to be reversed (and not the complete chamber) for making it knife to impact forward or vice-versa which can be done by single operator.
Fixed beaters assembly is provided as a standard supply which increase the output by 10% to 30% reduce noise level and also ease to clean as there are no cavities. (If product demands, swing beaters assembly can be provided.)
Beaters and shaft are of stainless steel 410 quality and beaters are further hardened and chrome plated. Beaters are fitted on a splined shaft.

The robust construction of the machine ensures smooth running even at a high speed UNIK–I FC is available in ‘D’ or ‘B’ or ‘BB’ Tooling with 10 ton and 6.5 ton quoting you 'D' tooling.
The precise speed control is possible by AC inverter drive instead of conventional variable speed pulley. The machine is covered with SS guards at bottom and acrylic guards at the top.
