Accurate dosing of sugar is very essential to get consistent product quality in food industry and MAPL's PLC based sugar handling systems handles sugar & broken biscuit dosing very accurately in multiple product and multiple line running system. Sugar can be taken from bags or silo and transferred into service silo using air blower. Each mixer has a separate electronic tagged trolley. The trolley is placed on flush mounted weighing scale. As per the trolley and corresponding recipe running at the mixer sugar is discharged into trolley. Correct quantity of biscuit dust can also be added simultaneously. Accurate records are maintained batch wise, mixer wise, product wise etc.

It will be installed in a manner so that it is at reverse angle of 3o with horizontal and rises forward the cane carrier.

The rotary vacuum filter we manufacture are used to seperate the water & mud and that mud separated from the juice in the clarifier. We check these filters for their purifying capacity as well as filtration efficiency before they are sent to client's end.
We provide Juice Heater in different capacities as per our client's requirements. The juice from sugarcanes contains impurities, which must be removed prior to further processing. The juice is heated under pressure in a juice heater and lime is added. The heated juice passes through a clarifier where the impurities precipitate and settle to the bottom as mud, while the clear or clarified juice is drawn from the top of the juice heater for further processing.
Sugar hopper is used to convey the sugar from centrifugal to sugar elevator. It is provided with complete drive unit. This product is available in a width ranging from 1000 mm to 2000 mm.
