The stranding armouring machine is one of our most demanded machines, which is used for armouring aluminum and cuprum cables over wire & con-centrical coiling cables. Bobbin stranding armouring machine consists of 4 independent power cages that are mounted per two on the common carrying frame. Salient features of the stranding armouring machine include high productivity, efficient performance and durability. We offer stranding and armouring machine, which is used to prepare
multi strands conductor for different sizes of cables. These armouring machine
are available in different models depending on the number of spools and
sizes of the spools. The armouring machine has a round cage with number of
cradles that helps in holding the spools. The cage rotates in both the
clockwise and anti-clockwise direction together with it's gear box.
The direction is easily changeable with the help of a lever that is provided in the gear box.
The armouring machine offered by us possesses has a dye holder head that keeps

Rigid Strander (Disc / Fork type) is used for copper or aluminum wires to be bunched into huge single unit of compact conductor for XLPE, Shaped, Spiral or Pre-Spiral and it can also manufacture ASSR / ACSR conductors.
Main Features:
• Cradles can be fork type alloy steel casted or rectangular shaped steel fabricated fastened between disc.Discs are fitted on hollow shaft tube with under roller or without under roller carriage with heavy duty pedestal bearing to support the carriage.

It is used for insulated core, rubberized core, single copper wire, bunched copper wire, single aluminum wire, data communication, special cables, steel wire ropes etc. Also used for the cabling of OPGW fibre optic cables.
