Our riveted bar gratings has been a popular choice when it is about a greater load carrying capacity for the same span and depth of grating. The reticulated bars which are permanently riveted to the bearing bars form a very rigid and durable product with increased resistance to buckling caused by vehicular loading conditions or some heavy load constraints.These are also extremely well suited to absorb shock and impact loads from cart and dolly traffic. We use mild carbon steel or stainless steel gratings to manufacture riveted bar grating. The rivets are individually cold-pressed using hydraulically and mechanically operated riveting tools.
