General: The machine is used for removing the excess water from the fruit pulps.
The kettle is 2/3 jacketed to get efficient heating of the product. The heating is achieved by steam or heating thermal fluid oil by means of electric heaters. The kettle is fitted with anchor type stirrer & driven by motor and gear box.

These kettles, can be provided with limpet coils, jackets, tube bundles depending upon the applications. Precisely fabricated from qualitative raw materials, to strict quality standards as per the need of clients.
Steam from the kettle passes upwardly through the coil and into the casing and is condensed and collected at the base and discharged as distilled water. A feed from the heated cooling water replenishes the water supply in the kettle and may be automatic if desired.
Process Controls :
- The Starch Paste kettle is a specially designed unit for preparation of binder material
- It is a hemispherical kettle with jacket mounted on trunnion supports with the help of shaft
- The kettle has a small cylindrical top shell with a spout for pouring out binder mass
- The kettle is provided with Anchor type beater for paste mixing with dual speed option
- Jacket is provided with steam accessories i.e pressure guage. Safety valve and vent cock.
- The Kettle is also provided with a lever with hand wheel to accomplish titling manually
- The kettle is provided with 16 swg thick SS 304 losses lid.
