For many process applications, Thermic Fluid heaters offer a much more comprehensive , efficient and economical mode of heating than using steam or electrical heating. A thermic fluid heated system is essentially a closed circuit system wherin the heated fluid leaves the heater , goes to the process , transfers heat to the fluid being heated and then returns back to get heated again. Main benefits includes high efficiency of heat transfer, long thermic fluid life no corrosion or scale problems, no boiler regulations and possibility of high temperature to the tune of 300 degree C at near atmostphere pressure.We manufacture a wide range of thermic fluid heaters for various applications.

We also manufacture steam heaters to cater to varied industrial use. It comprises of a cylindrical copper vessel of 180 x 115 mm height x diameter. The steam heater also consists of a filling tube, steam vent and vertical tube. The tube terminates the chute passing through the side of the vessel. A brass tube is fitted in the central tube to carry the thermometer. The lower end is used to cut an angle and to seal the chute. They are manufactured with attention to deliver enhanced results.
