  Spring washers are widely used in transmission towers erection, railways, automobiles, electrical and in many other engineering applications, where locking action is required against rotation of the screw of bolted assemblies. It provides excellent protection against loosening of assembly due to vibrations, jerks or fatigue.

  Spring washers are produced on automatic machines within close tolerances to provide excellent functional properties. Our spring washer is a single coil helical shaped wire ring and work like a spring when loaded and offer a preloaded between two surfaces.
  
  Manufactured as per ISS, BSS, JIS, DIN standards like IS:3063, IS:6735, DIN:127, BS:1802, JIS, American standards and to as per customer specifications.
  
  Sizes ranging from 2 mm to 36 mm in Metric standard and from 1/8” to 1.5” with internal diameter are available.

• Spiral Wound Gaskets

  The Spiral Wound Gaskets are composed of a metallic continuous stripe with a special shaped profile, coupled with a continuous filing stripe (Asbestos, PTFE, Grafoil, Ceramic etc) evenly wound in concentric spiral under constant stress. The Spiral Wound Gaskets are reinforced on the inner and outer diameter by winding of several electrically welded spiral metal only. The normal shape is circular but it is possible to make oval shape and oblong shape. They can also be combined with jacketed gaskets to tightening heat exchangers internal shapes.
