We have designed technically perfect acoustic enclosures to provide a sound free environment. For the sound free effect we have used 16 SWG CRC sheet. To maintain its properties we have provided it with a compressed blanket of 100 mm thickness, with a density of 100 kg/m3. A vinyl sheet of 3 mm thickness is pasted inside the outer wall for an anti dropping effect. It has a rock wool mattress which is covered by fibroid paper and a mild steel perforated sheet of 22 SWG thickness.
Along with this we also have provision for double glass windows and sound proof doors, wherever desired. All door panels are provided with heavy duty hinges, locking arrangements, handles and rubber gasket for easy handling. The complete structure has been treated to two layers of anti rust and two coats of deco paint.- Fab-O-Parts

Our sound proof acoustic enclosure is of low noise which is below 70 dBA at 1 meters distance. It is durable and fully detachable as C/B designed M. nuts / bolts system (dismantleable type) with a proper cooling system there is sufficient air for engine aspiration and proper heat desperation as the fans maintain proper cross flow. We have specially designed residential silencers which maintain low noise level. Our enclosure is of user design:

Our immense experience has made us a leading manufacturer of Acoustical enclosure for power press. Our Enclosures can suppress noise pollution up to 18-25 dB(A) from machinery. Most of our acoustic enclosures are built completely at our factory and can readily to be placed into usage. Installation is simple and can be done by the customer.
The outer walls of enclosure are made up of mild steel sheeting and are generally 1.6-2.5mm thick. The internal lining is done as per the requirements. The lining material can vary from rockwool covered with perforated metal to foams and composites.
Inlets and outlets are provided in acoustical enclosure for power press to allow the entry and exit of product. Enclosures are also provided for fans emitting considerable noise through the casing and are provision for air inlet and outlet are also provided.
