Our Data Logging Sound Level Meters provide the common functions required for both Industrial and Environmental noise surveys. These meters can be used to measure two types of data, Events and Short Leq elements. Events can be started and stopped manually using the keypad or by programming the instrument using the 60Setup software. All the events have measurement parameters associated with them, these parameters can be defined by the operator, again using the software provided. Each event is identified by the start and stop time as well as having a unique number. The instrument is also capable of calculating the LEP,d for each event, thus the meter can be used to calculate personal noise exposure.
