Spectrum S-4001 Camera Sorter can be used for a wide range of sorting applications

and dehydrated vegitables such as carrot and onion.
Using advance high resulation like scan Cameras, the product to be sorted
is scanned at up to 6000 scans per second producing a very high resolution
image of the object.
The resultant is displayed on a TFT screen for online viewing of the

The product data is compared with present parameters to reject the
defective product using ultra pneumatic ejectors.

Aarkay's Vibro Screen Sorter is a versatile sorting machine suitable to install in any sorting room of a Tea Factory. It replaces the conventional type sorting machine as it has various advantages over the standard sorting machine. The 'VIBRO' consists of Stainless Screen screens of different meshes mounted on decks conveniently placed together one above another. The Specially designed motor is mounted into the housing at the circular base. The gyratory motion of the motor causes the upper decks to vibrate freely without transmitting the vibration to the ground. It is available from One Deck to Seven Decks, tailored to suit individual needs. The meshes are also inter- changeable.
This is an attachment to both vibro & centrifugal machine to separate parts from media. Lot of time and labour saved as compared to manual screening.
Function
Arnott Sorter is used to Segregate Various size of stalk free orthodox tea with the help of vibratory wire mesh system. Vibratory motion of the system is communicated to different wire meshed trays through a double acting Crank arrangement and motor.
Operation
Stalk free Tea is fed to top Deck from an adjustable feed hopper and over sized tea particles move over the top of the wire mesh tray upto the collecting chute and smaller size particles pass on to next wire mesh tray for similar operation till all the tea particles traverse up to the last deck one after another.

Tea is fed to the top tray with help of an adjustable feed hopper Fine tea particle fall through the 1st Perforated dimple tray and remaining larger Particles of tea with stalk come out at the discharge end of the 2nd dimple tray leaving behind next smaller size particles to underneath of 2nd dimple tray.
