DESCRIPTION: Multi Column Distillation Plant is based on FINN-AQUA design. It consist of specially designed columns which make optimum use of the principles of interstage heat exchange (Multi effect distillation method) to produce pure pyrogen free sterile distilled water for injectables as per IP/BP specification. The vapour with high velocity and under pressure passes over a SPECIALLY DESIGNED SPIRAL BAFFLE system which develops tremendous centrifugal force and thus eliminates any chances of pyrogens carry over in the vapours.
By Multi Effect Distillation method significant energy (75% approx) is saved when compared to the conventional method. All contact parts of the multi column distillation plant are made out of AISI 316 quality stainless steel and mirror polished. All pipes and tubes are essentially seamless. The unit is mounted on sturdy m.s. tubular stand and duly painted by epoxy paint.

We are offer Distillation Plant completely on the basis of our clients' requirements and specifications. Our distilation plant comprise column and a heat pump, which easily operates between a sump vaporizer and an exhaust vapor compressor of the column. Its heat pump is substitutable by devices which can be switched to the sump vaporizer and the exhaust vapor compressor when required. These substituting devices comprise devices for the production of vapor or the provision of a coolant respectively as well as connection means. Further, its coolants can be liquid or gases. Conventional plants with reactors, columns & heat exchangers can also be provided.
Along with the range of liquid distillation columns, we supply variety of tray arrangments like bubble cap, seave, vaul inwelded and boltable construction. We use qualitative metal for manufacturing sturdy and corrosion resistant distillation columns. Our fractional distillation columns are specifically designed so that these can separate mixture of two pure liquids with different boiling points by heating the mixture to a temperature between their respective boiling points. A liquid feed containing the mixture of both liquids enters the liquid distillation column at one or more points. The liquid flows over the plates, and vapour bubbles up through the liquid via holes in the plates.
