We manufacture precisely engineered universal automatic compactor which is a motor driven mechanical compactor useful for soil compaction into 100mm. or 150mm. diameter moulds. We provide two sets of rammers, one of 2.6 kg. and the other of 4.89 kg. and are arranged for drop of 310 mm. and 450 mm. drop respectively. The rammer assembly is provided with a ratchet and pawl arrangement to lift it from the top of the soil layer. When the rammer reaches the required height, the pawl releases the rammer allowing to fall under its own weight. The release mechanism is operated by an arm moving up and down which is connected to a reduction gear coupled to the motor through another arm. The base plate of the specimen has to be fitted to the rotating base plate of the instrument which makes 1/5 th revolution per stroke. We offer a wide range of automatic soil compactor, which replaces the hand compaction procedure as specified for dry density and moisture content relationship of soil. These can perform light and heavy compaction tests, using 100 mm diameter or 150 mm diameter compaction moulds. Further the height of drop of the 50 mm diameter rammer can be set to 310 mm or 450 mm as per the clients requirement.
Apart from this, our machines are designed with a standard rammer weighing 2.6 kg for conducting light compaction and its weight can be increased to 4.89 kg for heavy compaction test by attaching additional rod, which is supplied along with it. It is a motor driven mechanical compactor useful for soil compaction into 100 mm or 150 mm diameter moulds.
