We provide qualitative silicone tubes and profiles in two grades such as food grade and non food grade. These have the features including sturdy construction, application specific design and high tensile strength. Our silicone tubes and profiles are ranging from 1.5 mm to 65 mm.
We manufacture a wide gamut of silicone transparent tubings that are transparent and incorporate strong polyester plaiting between extrusions of silicon (Hardness-65 Shore A) that have the capacity to withstand high pressure and high temperature. These tubings are available in various sizes ranging from ¼, 3/8, ½, 5/8, ¾, 1, 1/8, 1 ¼,,1 ½, 1 ¾, 2 inches and wall thickness from 4 mm to 10 mm and as per custom specifications.
We manufacture high grade Silicone Transparent Tubings of different sizes which are usable for various industrial purposes. Our transparent tubings undergo 14 Qualification tests, Extensive Laboratory Testing, Cytotoxicity and Heavy Metal Testing; these are reckoned for their brilliant biocompatibility. These Tubings are fabricated under Strict Good manufacturing Practices (GMP) in a registered medical device facility. These materials meet or even exceeds class VI requisite. Sterilization can be done for Silicone Transparent Tubings by steam [30 min/121 C/15 psi OR 10 min/132 C/30 psi] Dry heat, Ethyleneoxide (ETO) or gamma radiation (2.5 Megarads of exposure cumulative).
