MIMCO introduces this new type of "TWO PLY COMBINED CORRUGATING MACHINE" with four fold increase in efficiency and production. Minutely finished flute rolls are mounted on roller bearings for smooth running and longer life. The machine is with three Pre-heaters to pre heat the liner paper, as well as, fluted paper for better performance. The top flute roll is spring loaded with fine setting. The setting of flute roll is from one side. A geared motor is fitted to keep the gum rolls rotating for agitation of the gum, while the gum unit is disengaged from the flute rolls. Specially designed reel to sheet cutter is used for straight cutting of two ply corrugated board or sheet without resulting in any damage of flutes and linear paper. This high production machine can be synchronized directly with the corrugated machines. This cutter is provided with a PIV chain gear box to adjust the cutting length of a sheet (18" to 100"). The maximum speed of this machine is around 200 feet per minute.
