We procure this turrent from M/s Sauter Finemechanik GmbH for tool indexing & tool drive. These Servo Turrets are adoptable for ordinary CNC lathe as well as CNC lathe with driven tool application. This Turret design uses absolute encoder, Locking with 3 part earth coupling either by hydrauli/pneumatic that can be installed in any position. These Turrets can be attached with sensors for cutting force monitoring,High pressure through coolant is possible.These turrets with sizes from 12 to 25 with 8,12,16 position tool disc.

• Mass moment of inertia with tools is 0.6 to 12Kgm2
• Adm. out of balance due to tooling is 12 to 125Nm
