Sanitary self priming pumps are capable of handling a wide range of clear liquids including fruit juice, milk, whey, sugar solutions, brine, beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), chemical and pharmaceutical products, edible oils, liquids two, containing air bubbles or foam etc. The side-channel axial flow self-priming pumps need to be filled with the handled liquid only at start-up. It is widely used as CIP return pump.
All wetted parts are made with AISI 316L/316 food grade Stainless Steel. The mechanical seal components are available in a wide range of materials to be selected according to the nature of the handled product and the operating conditions.
We offer our self primming centrifugal pumps in both close-coupled and back pull-out design. A non-return valve acts to retain sufficient liquid in the casing to assure fast & reliable priming, repriming and air-handling capabilities. The pump comes with the facility of reprimeing automatically once initially primed the pump. Impellers are semi-open type designed for maximum efficiency and repriming capabilities to achieve better suction lift characteristics. All rotating parts are dynamically balanced results in vibration free operation – longer life of bearings – low noise. In close-coupled design, motor designed for wide voltage range hence no fear of burn out due to voltage fluctuation. In back pull-out design, the entire sub-assembly can be removed without disturbing the pipe work and the driver. The JEC JSZ series pump is a self-priming side channel pump particularly suitable for pumping products which contain varying quantities of air & gases which cannot be pumped by a centrifugal pump.
They must be filled with liquid only at first start, afterward they are able to self-prime, also if the suction pipe is empty.
