Our range of one piece sealing wads is properly fitted into the cap of the container. The associated container is then screwed with a wadded-cap. The capped-container is made to pass through the induction heat sealer. This cap seals the entire liner to the mouth of the container and makes it leakage proof.

The two piece sealing wads is appropriately fitted into the cap of the container that is to be provided with excellent sealing properties. The respective sealant material bonds to the mouth and simultaneously the wax melts and gets absorbed in the backing material. Wax that was acting as a bond layer splits the seal.

The 7&8 layer wads we manufacture for our clients consist of a liner that is fitted in to the cap and act as a secondary seal. When the user break the primary seal, it exposes the products and thus it reseal the liners and provide assured air tightness as well as protect the product as many times it is used.

The two Piece sealing wads manufactured at our end are normally used to leave some type of secondary seal in the cap in order to prevent leakage when the induction seal is removed. We can also print the client's logo, trademark on the seal as per his requirement.
The one piece sealing wads we manufacture can also be custom printed with the client's logo or trademark or with any other type of message such as “ sealed for freshness” etc. Both Peelable and welded one-piece seal liner will provide a clean peel, and high degree of tamper evidence. The seal is welded so it has to be destroyed or removed if the bottle is supposed to be open.
