Screw feeders are used to move forward or backward the material lying in the trough depending upon direction of rotation when screw rotates. The trough in which material moves can be of U shaped, flared or tubular. Longer screw conveyors are outfitted with intermediate hanger bearings. U trough may have hinged or bolted covers. This is a state of the Art Sieving machine The Rotating Screw Paddle Feeder Sifter for low Density non abrasive powders specially for screening powders from 100 mesh to 300 mesh. Material is fed in to a Screw Feeder with flat paddles which rotates at a speed from 600 to 1200rpm.The powder is thrown outwards by Centrifugal motion to a Stationary Screen Basket.
