Lab mixing mills are just like mixing mills but they are smaller in size. The rollers of lab mixing mill are made of cast iron rollers and possesses a good surface hardness. The rollers of lab mixing mills are cooled by water and heated by the steam inside. The motor pump of the mill is force-feed lubricated for recirculation of oil in brass. The manual grease pump is used for the lubrication of anti friction roller. The mill has low operating cost and is maintenance free. It is easy to install and its compact leaving space for maximum floor utilization.

It can be used in a wide range of material mixing ranging from low viscosity adhesives to high viscosity rubber. Maximum frame rigidity is achieved through computer aided frame design & finite element analysis.

1. Rolls :Alloy Chilled Cast Iron rolls with Surface hardness 510 ~ 550 BHN. The Rolls are mirror finished & polished, duly grinded and are hollowed for cooling.

2. Stand Frame & Apron (Cap): Heavy Duty Steel Casting / Steel Fabricated.

3. Journal Bearing Housing: Steel Casting Housing fitted with Anti Friction Roller Bearings.

4. Lubrication: :Manual / Motorized Grease pump for lubrication of Anti Friction Roller Bearings fitted in dust sealed housing.

The rubber mixing mill that we manufacture are made of chilled cast iron rollers with a good surface hardness. In our machines, the rolls are cooled by water and heated by steam inside. The stands and apron of the mill is steel fabricated. The bed construction is common, single steel gudder and steel bedplate fabricated. The bushes are of phosphorous bronze and the bearings are anti friction roller bearings. We use force-feed lubrication motorized pump for the recirculation of oil in brass and make use of manual grease pump for the lubrication of anti friction roller.
