"UTTAM" make Uni Drive Rubber Mixing Mill with Bush Bearings with Helical Gearbox of Greaves / Shanti. Designs of these machines are UPTO 10% to 12% Power Saving compared to Conventional Mills.
Major Constructional Details :
Rolls : Chilled Cast Iron rolls with surface hardness 510 ~ 550 BHN. The Rolls are mirror finished & polished, duly grinded and are hollowed for cooling or heating.
Stands & Apron : Heavy Duty Steel Casting.
Bed : Common bed construction, Steel Beams/ Channels and MS plate fabricated.
Journal Bearing Housing : Steel Casting Housing fitted with Anti Friction Roller Bearings.
Lubrication : Manual / Motorized Grease lubrication pump for Anti Friction Roller Bearings fitted in dust sealed housing.
Electric Control Panel : Star Delta Electric operating panel with Auto Reversing, Forward, Voltmeter, Ammeter arrangement.

Major Constructional Details :
Rolls : Chilled Cast Iron rolls with surface hardness 510 ~ 550 BHN. The Rolls are mirror finished & polished, duly grinded and are hollowed for cooling or heating.

Are engineered to score over the conventional mills used for mixing of polymers between 2 rotating rolls in terms of higher efficiency and improved machine life. The transmission by 3-stage helical reduction gear box connecting drive motor to the rear roll coupled with anti friction roller bearings instead of bush bearings result in a substantial reduction in power consumption. Another futuristic feature on our mills is the optional addition of hydraulic sensing circuits incorporated for roll loading records of different batches / compounds.

Rubber Dispersion kneader can be employed in a wide range of material mixing, ranging from low viscosity adhesives to high viscosity rubber. This is entirely due to peculiar jacket construction which develops remarkable cooling effect and very important feature of low temperature mixing for rubber compounds. The design of this kneader help in improving dispersion and preventing scorching. We offer three different mixing material supply methods: back feed type kneader, Internal mixing chute type kneader, in process liquid injection.
